Description
It would seem that rice pudding is such a common thing, but it's very tender, tasty, fragrant pudding, a pudding! Perfect to start the day or for a light dinner. I think even many children picky will like it - I speak as the child who made it myself :) Although I do love porridge :I) Air casserole turns out, because I whip the eggs and for the preparation of conventional casseroles this is not done ;) now?

Cooking
Bring the milk to a boil. Rinse the Cup of rice and pour in the milk. Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add vanilla, 0.5 tbsp sugar, butter and cook for about 5 minutes. Make a thick porridge
Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins put into the refrigerator. Yolks room temperature vzbit with 0.5 tbsp sugar on medium, add in the porridge. Mix gently
RINSE and wipe with a tissue or get another COROLLA. Beat egg whites first for a small capacity gradually increasing and adding powdered sugar. If badly whipped, add the citric acid. *Somewhere I read that whites need to be whipped, chilled, as the egg yolks warm, exactly as written above. And it is impossible that proteins in contact with fat, otherwise, not get whipped. So the yolks don't have to get in proteins, because they have fats so whisk until a stable foam - do not live up to the brilliant peaks, we do not prepare the cake ;)
To mess with the yolks add the raisins, mix well. Very gently stir beaten egg whites
Turn the oven on 180 gr. Form grease with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then the casserole will turn a brownish flanks :) Put "mess" in shape from top to pour sour cream mixed with sugar, or spread a little beaten egg whites and sprinkle with sugar (to make a beautiful and delicate top crust). Let cool slightly and chop.
Serve with sour cream/ condensed milk/ berry sauce or just like that! Vkusnogo!!! (in the photo I made the pudding thick cranberry sauce-jelly, and I recommend the sour cream+condensed milk!) All a pleasant appetite!
