Milk millet porridge with dried apricots

Ingredients

  • Millet

    1 cup

  • Milk

    4 cup

  • Dried apricots

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Butter

  • Honey

Apricots pour the warm water for 10-15 minutes.

While dried apricots are soaked, to sort out millet, wash them under running water.

Rinse the apricots under running water, cut into pieces.

Milk pour into a saucepan with a thick bottom, bring to a boil.

Add wheat flour, add salt. Stir, bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and cook on minimum heat for about 7 minutes.

After 7 minutes add the dried apricots and sugar. Cook on low heat under the lid until tender (about 10-15 minutes).

When serving, add to taste butter and honey.
