Cooking
Buckwheat cook until tender. Use buckwheat of TM Mistral
Finely chop the onion and fry on the 2st. spoons of sunflower oil. Add to the buckwheat and allow to cool.
To prepare the meat. I have a pork tenderloin (Kare) Wash and dry.
With a sharp knife carefully, in a spiral, begin to cut the meat.
Cut the meat through. Tried to show in the photo how it all happens. Cover the meat with cling film and repel. Salt and pepper lightly. Sprinkle half of the oregano.
In a separate bowl, mix the minced meat ( I have beef), breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
Add the buckwheat with onions.
Add cranberries. Add the remaining pepper, salt and marjoram. Knead the stuffing. Stir carefully so all the products connected!
On the prepared meat put the stuffing. Spread over the entire surface.
Roll roll. Fasten the roll with kitchen thread or a special gum for meat. Start with the edges so that the filling remains in place.
Prepared loaf spread on a cookie sheet that is oiled with sunflower oil (2st. spoon) on Top of the loaf lightly prisolit and pepper any pepper. I have a mixture of peppers to grill. Baking pan cover with foil bake at 180 for 60 minutes. Then open and dopekat for another 30 minutes or until the meat is cooked. The knife should gently enter the meat.
