Cooking

step-0
In principle, the number of stuffing for one chicken can be reduced by half. But we love this baked hodgepodge, so it is so much in the recipe. Chicken wash, dry with a towel, RUB with salt inside and out, put aside
step-1
Preheat in a pan the oil, onion cut finely, grate carrot on a small grater. Lightly fry onions and carrots in oil. Crunchy cucumbers "6 acres" also slice finely and add to the vegetables, sauté them with vegetables even a little bit (about 5 minutes)
step-2
Add the vegetables, tomato puree, salt, pepper, sugar to taste. Saute 5 minutes
step-3
Shred cabbage and add to the pan, where roasted vegetables. Cook the cabbage just a couple of minutes, so she just "settled"
step-4
Add chopped olives (half of normal), and stir
step-5
Chicken nafarshiruyte this cabbage hodgepodge, hole fasten with a toothpick, tie legs with string
step-6
In a baking dish place the remaining cabbage stew, place in the center of stuffed chicken, brush it with vegetable oil. On top of the cabbage and put whole small tomatoes, remaining olives and lemon slices. Pour about 100 ml of water. If the cabbage is juicy, the water may not be necessary at all. See that cabbage soup was liquid. In this form place all in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until cooked chicken (about 40 minutes).
step-7
Check the readiness of a bird, piercing it with a knife. Flowing juice should be transparent. Also ensure the bag remained juicy, if necessary, pour the boiling water.
