Cooking
1. Peeled potatoes cut into thin slices (~0.5 cm) and boil in salted water until soft. Then the broth is drained, put potatoes in a bowl.
2. Ham cut into thin slices.
3. Mix the potatoes with the crumbled cheese, garlic, melted butter and seasoning. Add salt to taste and pepper.
4. Grease a baking dish butter the bottom and sprinkle with millet flakes (1.5 tbsp).
5. I baked 6 pieces in a metal form and 6 pieces in a silicone mold. Suggest, bake in silicone form. Very easy and quick this form of extract. Metal had trouble.
6. Spread into molds of a plate of potatoes, then the ham plate (2 PCs on the mold) and closing the potatoes.
7. Prepare sour cream filling. Whisk: ketchup, sour cream, vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Add salt and pepper.
8. Stozhkov pour sour cream filling. On top sprinkle with millet flakes.
9. Sent the molds in a pre-heated to 180 C oven to bake potatoes for 30 minutes. Serves potato "Stozhkov" sprinkled with herbs. Bon appetit!
