Cooking
Fillet, cut in layers, slightly repulsing. Spread on a greased baking sheet or a baking dish. Salt, add your favorite spices (I had a mixture of Provencal herbs)
Tomatoes cut into slices, spread on top of fillets. Sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with spices (then I dry Basil, in the summer you can use fresh)
Then garlic and onions grind in any way (I shredded in a blender)
Potatoes RUB on a grater, add our onion and garlic, fill with sour cream. Salt, pepper spread on top of tomato layer and all even out. Put into the oven (after covering our dish with foil to make sure nothing burnt) for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
10 minutes before end of cooking, remove foil to brown the potatoes. The finished dish cut into serving pieces.
