Chicken rolls with feta and pepper
The combination of feta with roasted pepper, but with garlic and dill - delicious on its own. And if you cook the chicken rolls with the stuffing, you get a truly festive dish! Very elegant and tasty, and to cook - easy and simple!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Chicken fillet wash, dry and cut lengthwise into 2 layers (but if an especially large fillet, and 3).

Gently beat the fillet through the film or package with the smooth side of the hammer. Season with ground black pepper, add the soy sauce TM Kikkoman, leave to marinate for 30-60 min.

Remove the skin from the pepper. To do this, lightly grease peppers with vegetable oil and bake on the grill or open fire to tan, put in a bag, tie tightly and leave for 10-15 minutes (I baked the peppers in the oven under the grill). When the pepper has cooled, peel easily removed. Chop the pepper.

Feta mashed with a fork, add chopped dill, roasted pepper and chopped garlic. Mix thoroughly.

On fillet put the stuffing, roll rolls. Lay chicken rolls in the form, greased with butter. Bake in the oven at 180 gr 30 minutes, occasionally basting segregated juice.

But in the meantime mix the sour cream with 1 tsp soy sauce TM Kikkoman. With this mixture coat the rolls and return them to the oven for a few minutes to brown.
