Pork in Welsh
This recipe I read in some of the "women's" magazines at work (as a team, the women's other fiction is not found). Idleness – to be honest. Had about an hour to wait for the man and it was necessary to "kill" time. He (the recipe of course) just blew me away. Easy, minimal ingredients and a great result!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    800 g

  • Apple

    600 g

  • Ginger

    30 g

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Pork – pork chop (the cue ball, salmon, filet, pork chops – who both calls) cut as for chops, thickness of 1.5...2 cm.

Slightly beats. I emphasize LIGHTLY! I recommend for this operation to use a kitchen hammer and the blunt side of the chef's knife...

The apples remove the core and cut them in thin slices...

Put the remaining apples. Pour mixture of remaining melted butter, sugar and juice squeezed from half of a lemon. Cover with a lid (or foil) and put into pre-heated to 170 oven for 1 hour...

After an hour retrieved the pot from the oven, distribute the meat and apples as shown in the photo. Send under the grill for 10...15 minutes. No cover, of course...

Take out from the oven. A little sprinkle with herbs, cover with a lid and allow to "ripen" for 15 minutes. Serve in the same pan in which to cook. That's the whole recipe! Bon Appetit!!!
