Milk porridge with pumpkin and bulgur
Tasty and useful porridge.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    180 g

  • Bulgur

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Raisins

    35 g

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Honey

In a pan melt the butter, add washed, bulgur. Stir, give the grits to absorb all the oil on and off.

Milk bring to a boil, add bulgur, mix well.

After 5 minutes, add the raisins. After another 5 minutes add the pumpkin, grated on a coarse grater, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes covered. 2 minutes before the end add the vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Mess serve warm, adding honey.
