Rice-coconut porridge pudding with blueberries
Rice flakes TM "Mistral" is my lifesaver when cooking Breakfast. Poured the hot milk, and after 3 minutes the porridge is ready! But I try to apply it in different ways. One of them - fragrant rice-coconut porridge pudding with wild blueberries.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Rice flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    1 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Pour Rice flakes TM "Mistral" and 1 tbsp of coconut hot milk, cover and let stand 3 minutes.

Our porridge is ready, add 1 tsp of honey.

Now turn the mess in the pudding, chopped blender.

Also blender, grind half the norm of blueberries, adding to 1H. L. honey. It turned out flavorful blueberry sauce.

Put in a sundae dish in layers: rice pudding, blueberry sauce topped with whole berries, pudding, sauce with berries.

Decorate with mint and serve.
