Rice with honey and dried fruits
Very simple and tasty dish that can be full and fortified Breakfast and is also suitable as a dessert.

Dried fruit ( prunes, apricots, raisins, apples, pears ) are washed in hot water and drained and put in the cauldron.

Add the rice to dried fruits.

Pour the rice with dried fruit with boiling water, add salt, cinnamon and bring to a rapid boil

Cook on low heat for 15 - 20 min. to soften rice. Periodically shake. If necessary, pour a little boiling water. When the rice is ready turn off and add the honey.
