Pumpkin wash, cut off the top and cut into pieces. Spread on a baking sheet and place in oven for about 30 -50 minutes at temp. 180 degrees, depending on the size of the pumpkin.
The taste of baked pumpkin more pronounced and the skin separates easily. With orange to remove with a sharp knife peel, trying not to capture the white layer.
A slice of pumpkin cut into cubes and mix with the orange zest and honey. Squeeze the juice of an orange. All knead well. Put in a fireproof dish and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, a couple of times, taking out and stirring.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir. Serve as a dessert or use as a filling.
