A gentle rice-wheat porridge
Lately I often experiment with "child&a mp;quot; recipes: the cookie app, the marshmallows, the cereal milk. This recipe I particularly liked, although the first time I cook it in the milk mixture (milk and blend nowhere to go). And although my baby this mess to try before, we ate it with pleasure! Try it, I'm sure you and your kiddies enjoy it!

The cooking method is very simple in composition resembles porridge "Friendship". So. Bring to a boil the milk. Add washed rice and millet. So I measure out grains for the porridge: a quart of milk, one faceted glass (I still have a Soviet gold). On a pint of milk, of course, grits in half. Today specifically weighed, got about 40 grams of each cereal.

Cook on low heat until grits are not going soft (millet almost not be seen), and the milk is boiled twice. Millet in this mess is not noticeable, but the rice not to fall apart completely, so if you like rice gruel, add a little more milk.

Add the sugar (for me, one table spoon max). Pour in eggs and mix thoroughly (easier with a whisk). All our porridge is ready.
