Trout with oranges
Found this recipe in a magazine, thought and thought and made yesterday. For my taste, something unreal... such a pleasure I have not eaten fish!) Another big plus is prepared very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    300 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    50 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    5 g

  • Seasoning

    5 g

Cooking

A baking sheet covered with foil. Orange peel, try to remove all the white and cut circles.

To make the sauce: mix the yogurt, mustard, honey, soy sauce and pour over the fish.

Pepper and add the Provence herbs.

Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes.

The fish turns out tender, topped with a thin crust, and the bottom with a gentle orange. For my taste - great!)
