The Turkey meatloaf with broccoli
Useful and tasty dish from the Turkey. Decorate like a week or a festive table. Come on in and get.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    400 g

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Turkey can replace chicken. Fillet, wash and dry with paper towel.

In a plastic bag pour in a little vegetable oil, pour all the spices you'll use. Spice take your favorite. I took the turmeric, paprika and ginger.

In the package lay out the fillet and coat it well in spices and oil. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

Take out the fillets and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover disassembled broccoli florets.

Gently roll the fillets in thick rolls. If desired, you can tie off the thread.

Rolls fry in oil for 1-2 minutes on each side. Then put into the oven and leave until cooked at a temperature of 180 degrees (approximately 10 minutes).

Take out the rolls from the oven, cut in half and serve immediately. On the side is perfect boiled rice.
