Cooking
So, here's our products.
Whisk 5 eggs with a fork with two pinches of salt and 100ml milk. Severely beat is not necessary, only to milk and eggs well blended. Forgot to take a picture ( ( ( Cut three slices of bread, about 1.5 cm in height. Pour a little sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry on both sides of the bread until Golden brown. I immediately put it to see how and how many pieces will fit in the pan. You want the bread almost covered the bottom of the pan. From this it is evident that all three pieces of bread I have does not fit, it's not scary. It all depends on the size of your pan. Lightly add salt on one side.
While the bread is fried, cut one medium onion half-rings. We have bread toast. Remove it from the pan (off the stove). Pour into the pan a little vegetable oil and fry the onion until Golden brown. Bow ready. Put it in the plate, again pour a little oil into a hot frying pan.
Pour about half the whipped eggs with milk to the bottom of the pan.
Then immediately put the fried slices of bread on top sprinkle fried onions and pour the remaining eggs, whipped with milk. Cover with a lid and on low heat fry for about 4-5 minutes.
Now we have the whole thing flip. The top can not the whole omelet "grab", and the bottom to be ready, but it's not terrible. I cut the omelet in half, turned. Close the lid and fry on low heat for another 3-4 minutes until tender. That's all!!! Spread on plates, sprinkle with herbs (can be without it). To be served with tea.
