Popovers with sour cream filling
The pastry cream. I fell in love with pastry dough and cream. The dough turns soft and the quality is very fragrant. In addition, the long rolls stay soft and fresh. Today I propose to try light, airy scones with sour cream filling and Apple pie.

Ingredients

Prepare the dough. Yeast pour warm (not hot!) water, add 1 tbsp sugar and let rise. Beat egg, add cream, 2 tbsp sugar, salt, yeast, mix well. Gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough. At first I immediately pour 1,5 glasses of flour, the dough is kneaded thoroughly, and then add 2 tbsp flour. After each addition stir well. This way the dough can immediately see whether you need more flour or not. The dough should be soft but not stick to hands. Cover the bowl of dough with a towel and put in warm place to rise. I put in a bowl of warm water for 40 minutes minutes.
