Dessert crepes
Very tasty and tender pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.7 l

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Soda

  • Mac

    100 g

  • Raisins

  • Walnuts

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

In a deep bowl mix milk, eggs, vanilla sugar, flour, soda, vegetable oil, 3 tbsp sugar, salt and whisk everything with a mixer, to avoid lumps, remove the dough while in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Boil some water in a saucepan, add poppy seeds and raisins, give a good boil, then drain in a sieve, to give a well to drain the water. Add to the mix all the nuts and grind in a meat grinder, preferably through a fine lattice, then for sweetness you can add honey or syrup to taste.
