Quick dough for sweet pastries. Well suited for cakes with fruit. Without yeast. Without eggs.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

Mix the flour with the baking powder in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and knead with mixer for the dough, first on lowest, then on highest speed to a smooth dough. (Long not to interfere, otherwise the dough will be sticky).
