Tian of salmon
This snack is good because it can be prepared the day before serving and before, when the guests arrive, not to be distracted from making a main dish that always needs attention at the last minute. She'd be perfect on the Easter table.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    650 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Dill

    4 Tbsp

  • Salmon

    6 slice

  • Lemon

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Wrap the salmon in foil and bake in pre-heated oven at 190*C for 15-20 min.

Leave to cool in foil.

Mix the cheese and dill.

Until smooth.

Will rsslite chilled salmon and place in the bowl with all the juices and jelly, removing the bone. Season with salt, pepper and mix with cheese. The only thing I'd recommend to put smaller fish to the taste of the cream cheese and the texture was tender.

Here are all of these jars from under Coca-Cola I cut rings for Tiana. Inside lay a wrap and fill the resulting mass. Cool in refrigerator at least 2 hours, better leave it on all night.

Before serving, decorate with rosettes of salmon.
