  • Oat flakes

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Sunflower oil

Peel the onion, coarsely cut enough.

Fry in vegetable oil until transparent, 3-4 minutes.

Add cereal, mix well.

Pour salted boiling water (the ratio of cereals and water 1:1), close the lid, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes.
