step-0
Mackerel gut, wash, cut off the head, tail, remove the bones. Fillet (obtained 350-370 g) to disassemble into small pieces with your hands or slice with a knife. You can chop the fish using a blender or grinder, but I really like it when the chops caught pieces of fish.
step-1
Peel the potatoes and boil until tender. Mash into a puree.
step-2
Carrots cut small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until soft. (4-5 minutes)
step-3
In a bowl, mix mackerel, chopped green onions, mashed potatoes and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper. Knead the minced meat.
step-4
Divide the meat into 6-8 pieces. From each to form a pellet. In the middle put a teaspoon of carrots.
step-5
To form a Patty.
step-6
Each cutlet roll in flour.
step-7
Dipped in egg, whipped until smooth.
step-8
And roll in breadcrumbs.
step-9
Remove the meatballs for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator. Very convenient to cook these burgers in advance and put in the freezer. Just before you fry the meatballs, they should get out of the freezer for 15 minutes and leave at room temperature.
step-10
Fry the meatballs in small amount of vegetable oil on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook the patties under the lid for another 4-5 minutes. To submit with vegetable salad. By the way, chicken is very tasty, and when it is cold.
