Very tasty chops! This is a self-sufficient meat dish that does not require additional sauces! Very juicy! The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2009 by user Dmitry Lavrinovich called "Clever chops" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cut meat across the grain into pieces about 8-10 mm thick. The pieces do such that after weaning they were 10-11 inches in diameter (I have large, I later cut in half)

In the resulting mass add 2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise.
Here our meat is marinated! Now spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. No onions! And put on top of the ring pepper.
In rings spread the filling. And put in preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake the author of the recipe suggests 50-60 min I 40 min. That is enough.
