Prepare the needed products.
Zucchini cut into slices, sprinkle with salt (a little, we have cheese), dip them in flour and fry in vegetable oil.
I have portioned form and did it for myself, my don't eat courgettes (baby daughter, but only in "pure form"). Spread in a greased form layers, alternating the zucchini, tomato slices and cheese. I got these two coats! Top the zucchini.
Sprinkle with grated cheese (this is my decision). Bake in oven until crust! Bon appetit!!!
