A creamy cheese casserole with mushrooms and potatoes

Ingredients

  • Rosemary

  • Cream

In a pan pour vegetable oil, heat. In oil throw finely chopped garlic and chopped chili pepper. Fry a minute, add onions, roughly chopped, and a sprig of rosemary. Fry the onions until Golden brown. Add to the onions thawed mushrooms, fry until Golden brown, season with salt and pepper. At this time, while fried mushrooms, wash the potatoes and boil in their skins in salted water. Boiled potatoes peeled and cut into slices. For filling beat eggs, add cream, grated cheese (leave some cheese for topping), salt and pepper, mix it all together. All! Collect our casserole:
