Cooking
The dough I kneaded in HP, so I added the liquid ingredients: milk and eggs, added the sugar, oil and salt. Then poured the flour, added the zest and yeast and put it on the "Dough". After 1.5 hours I received an excellent tender dough. If you knead the dough by hand, first in warm milk to dissolve the salt and sugar, add eggs, zest and oil, mix well. Pour small portions of flour mixed with yeast. Roll the dough into a ball, put in bowl, cover with a towel and let rise 2 times.
