Cooking

step-0
1 Cup = 250 ml warm Put the oven on 200 degrees - the dough is done very quickly) Mix the eggs + sugar + milk + Rast. oil + slaked soda + vanilla + flour. I add sugar to the dough only 100 grams and so the cake is very sweet from the jam! If you have a jam tart - sugar can be more)
step-1
All mix well! It turns out thick dough.
step-2
Prepare a form - lubricated or covered with paper. I have a form 38 * 23 cm Put to bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer.
step-3
Here such it turns out rosy) Waiting for the completely cool!
step-4
Get out of shape. Cut carefully with a long knife thin top layer.
step-5
Plump bottom layer spread on a dish (I put it back into the form I prefer). The top thin layer and cut into squares.
step-6
Grease the bottom cake with our sour cream. I grease no sugar, but a sweet tooth can add)
step-7
Cut squares, mix with jam. I have raspberry jam. Jam can be taken anytime - just not very liquid.
step-8
Put the resulting mass on the bottom cake.
step-9
It turns out like this!
step-10
Sprinkle on top coconut. For me it is very delicious and aromatic combination of raspberry jam and coconut! But can coconut be replaced according to your wishes and taste!
step-11
Put in the fridge to soak for a few hours. I stood 4 hours, soaked well. Photo in section)
step-12
