Before everything you need to prepare a sand base. We'll need food processor with knife. Put all ingredients for dough EXCEPT water. Mix for about 1-2 minutes. Will need to gradually add water and watch the consistency.

Hands to form a ball of dough. And place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Then prepare a baking dish. Diameter - about 25-26 see Lubricate the form of oil. Thinly roll out the dough (about 5mm thick) and put into a form, forming the sides.

Our Foundation is slightly cooked. Remove the paper with the load. Gently smear raspberry jam.

Sprinkle with almond petals. Continue baking at 180 deg. until Golden brown cream. It took me about 35 minutes but you stay on your oven. Completely cool and then remove from the mold.
