I wanted to bake a cake with strawberries, but with cottage cheese and most importantly ready for a few moments, not counting the cooking time in the oven. Unusual and delicious pie!

Strawberries cut into pieces.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and sugar.
Add the eggs.
Milk and melted butter. Stir to dry ingredients mixed with wet , neither of which whip is not necessary!
Add the cottage cheese.
Cookies can take any, I had a jubilee, it is necessary to break into pieces ( put in bag and hit with rolling pin). Add to the dough.
Stir no more than 1-2 minutes, the dough turns thick.
Gently stir in the strawberries.
I baked it in a round shape with the pipe, suitable form with a diameter of 22 cm or any other. It is necessary to grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees, about 55 minutes, guided by your oven, you may need more or less time.
