Cooking
Butter, sugar, honey and water cook on low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, cool 10 minutes.
In the sifted flour (in my case + baking powder and starch), add ginger, cinnamon, cumin seeds and cardamom. Mix thoroughly. Pour in the honey mixture, flour and beaten eggs (I have this thing read attentively and eggs are not pre-whipped). With a mixer beat until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased or covered with baking paper form (the size of my form 22 cm). Bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180'C. Readiness check wooden skewer.
The finished cake remove from the form and cool completely. Powdered sugar mix with warm water until not too thick consistency and cover cake. To give the icing a little dry.
