Description
Today is the last day of my stellar weeks. Thank you all for the feedback and support. Today will be a mushroom loaf. The recipe I read in some glossy magazine about 10 years ago, regularly used until now. Very tasty batter, juicy nadinochka, which of course you can change the mood.

Cooking
I make the dough in the bread maker on the basic test program, but can manually. Dissolve yeast in warm milk , adding 1 h L. sugar, leave for 5-10 minutes for proofing, Mix all the ingredients and kneading the dough( if it is watery, add more flour, should not stick to hands) .Cover and leave in a warm place to rise 2 times.
Prepare the filling. Mushrooms cut into slices, fry in vegetable oil until cooked, spread on a paper towel, when cool was milled in a food processor into small pieces - but not the mess!!!!
Crayons cabbage shinkuem onions finely chop, fry separately
and add to the mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste.Add beaten egg, leave a bit for lubrication.
The to press down dough, roll out, evenly spread the filling, rolled in a roll.
With a sharp knife to slice into portions with a width of 3-4 cm. Cover, cotton towel and leave in a warm place to rise. When the pieces of the loaf "grow up", each to make a shallow hollow in the middle through cooking wooden spoon. Spread on a baking sheet on parchment paper, each roll and brush with beaten egg.
Bake in the oven until Golden brown 190C for about 20 minutes. Bon appetit!!
