Meat with vegetables
This recipe was given to me from my grandmother. Products are the simplest, and turns out very tasty and flavorful! I would be glad if someone this recipe will become a favorite.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    7 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

Cooking

Clear meat from films and cut them into small pieces (approximately 1 x 1 cm).

Carrots beets and shred on a coarse grater.

Cut onion finely.

Crush the garlic a convenient way for You.

Oil to heat up to smoke and fry the onions until transparent.

Add meat and, stirring occasionally, fry until Golden brown. Not Iriarte! Cover do not cover.

Add carrots and beets, mix well, put on very small fire and, stirring occasionally, bring to readiness (under the hood).

Disconnect the fire, add salt, pepper and garlic. Stir and allow to infuse the dish for 20-30 minutes.
