Recently discovered this wonderful recipe liver. Loved it! Try it and you!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Beef liver

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Mesh fat

On the evening of buckwheat to pour boiling water and leave until morning. In the morning, the buckwheat is ready.

Buckwheat, liver, fried onions and carrots mince. The mesh cut into squares. Wrap 1 tbsp of filling in the fat mesh, the same way as the wrapped cabbage rolls.
