Eggs "Orsini" is an amazing treat that was served in the house of the great artist and famous foodie Claude Monet, often called the "Breakfast of aristocrat". "What are we worse?!" I thought, and decided to cook this delicacy, but... has made the changes - added the sausages (think Claude Monet would not be against).

Cooking
Proteins separated from the yolks. The yolks should remain intact.
Beat the whites with the salt to cool foam.
In a baking dish put the chopped sausage, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put protein to level it and to make in the middle deepening.
In this deepening gently put the yolk on which to put a piece of butter. Bake on the lower oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
