One of my favorite dishes for family feasts. Marinate in the morning and in the evening, quickly fry. The result exceeds all expectations. Very fast, very tasty, very tender and looks nice on the table.

Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into cubes average.
To prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce with honey, lemon zest, finely chopped or skip through the press garlic, ginger, paprika and coriander.
Pickling in this mixture the chicken at least 5 hours.
Wooden skewers for kebabs, soak in cold water (to keep it from sticking meat). I'm about 15-20 minutes soaked. Onion peel and cut into rings, not too thin. Strung on skewers alternating chicken with onion rings. Fry in a pan in butter for 12-15 minutes. I like to fry them on a Teflon pan. Flip over to the kebab was roasted evenly on all sides.
Our kebab is ready! I spread it on a dish and serve. Garnish can be any, or it may not be. I often serve with oven baked potatoes, served on a separate dish. Ie the guests themselves take the potatoes, and the barbecue, but who wants - no need to decompose each of the plate portions. I like this option very much.
