In early spring, in one of our city café, I ate a salad that I really liked (and I like almost everything, that contains in its composition of beef tongue!). Part I easily considered, but the nuances could only guess. And, believe it or not, I got the routing of this salad! However, the secret were not revealed: the highlight was the gas station called "Sicilian sauce". Do not look on the Internet. This is not the sauce!!! I made a filling, if not one-to-one, but very close in taste. The result of my persistence pleased. The whole family enjoyed this delicious salad. You are welcome to join! Salad is not for every day, of course, takes time, but it's worth it.

Peppers and eggplants pre-baked. I did it on the grill pan (in the oven, on the fire).
The recipe was recommended to slice the eggplant and fry them in boiling oil. I did 50-50: part baked, part just fried. I will say that fried, of course, look more attractive, because retain their shape. Spread the vegetables on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Pepper cut into triangles.
Oil with sun-dried tomatoes drained and cut into strips.

To assemble the salad as you like. The more festive portion, spreading all layers. The Foundation of the salad. I found the mix and even arugula. So I bought a cabbage and tore the delicate parts of the first layer. On the greens lay out the eggplant, then julienne sun-dried tomatoes.
Then, lay the strips language and the triangles of pepper.
Prepare the filling by mixing all the components and adjusted the taste with salt, pepper, spices.
Pour salad dressing. I even sprinkled with sesame seeds. Mix immediately prior to consumption.
