Chicken kebabs in yogurt marinade
Offer original kefir-based marinade sauce for chicken. These skewers can be prepared both at home and not nature. The meat comes out incredibly tender and juicy, despite the short marinating time. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    800 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Horseradish

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

In yogurt add the mustard, horseradish, crushed garlic, honey, black and red pepper, a little salt. Salt put less than usual, because further in the cooking process will be used soy sauce which is also salty.
