Burgers are just magical! And even my husband, who admits burgers exclusively from meat, ate with gusto and asked for more. This recipe I found on the Internet. Thanks for it the user's Face.

Cooking
In the preparation of this dish I have used products Mistral red lentil and couscous.
Lentils, rinse. Put in a saucepan, pour 2 cups of water. Add salt to taste. Bring to boil and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes (until tender). Water must remain a little. Remove from heat, add couscous, stir. Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the onion, fry until Golden brown in olive oil.
Pour in the tomato juice. Add black pepper, salt to taste.
Stir, leave on the fire for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Add the chopped parsley, mix well.
All these add to the lentils with cous-cous. Mix well.
To form patties. Fry them in a pan without oil for 1 minute on each side. It is advisable to do this in a frying pan with non-stick coating.
You can serve it both cold and hot.
Make a sauce. With tomatoes in their own juice, remove the skin. Put them in a bucket. There also add the garlic, coriander, nutmeg, a tablespoon of olive oil, ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Porirua all this blender.
Put on fire and bring to a boil. Keep on low heat for 1-2 minutes, turn it off. The sauce is served cold.
