Baked millet porridge with banana
Add usual recipe millet porridge with banana and honey! Cooking this porridge takes a little more time, but the result will delight both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    100 g

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Honey

  • Walnuts

Prepare your ingredients. Millet washed, give water to drain.

In a saucepan pour the milk, add the vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add the millet. Reduce heat and cook on slow fire until tender. Then let it cool down.

To break the egg and separate the yolk from the white. Protein whip until soft peaks form.

Banana mash with a fork, add egg yolk and lemon juice. Mix well.

Cooked millet add cream and banana, mix well. Then add egg white and mix gently.

Put the mixture in a greased form. And bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (until browned). Before serving, pour honey and sprinkle with walnuts.
