Couscous with prunes
Prepare simple, delicious and healthy Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    230 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    80 g

  • Butter

    1 tsp

The basis of our Breakfast, make up the cous cous and prunes.

Prunes wash. Fill with boiling water to soften for 10 minutes.

Pour the broth into another bowl, add the sugar and bring to a boil.

Pour the couscous broth and allow to infuse for 15 minutes.

Dressed with butter (optional). Served with prunes. Bon appetit!
