  • Oat flakes

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Feta

    20 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

We prepare everything we need for a healthy cereal. Combine milk with water and put the saucepan on the fire. Cook oat porridge, as indicated on the package or as you cook.

In a mug put the feta and mash it with a fork, add the honey and cinnamon. Connect.

The porridge is cooked, and it immediately spread natural yogurt, stir. Spread the cereal mixture of feta, honey and cinnamon. Mix again. Banana cut into pieces. On 2 servings we need one banana or put how much you love.
