Dumpling dough with sour cream
Found here on this site, only one is similar in composition to the recipe, but only similar! A recipe I found quite by accident on another website and use it for five years. From such a test can sculpt dumplings, pasties or simply the tortillas onto a Breakfast and even cook them on a dry pan.


  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp


Take two cups flour, one Cup of sour cream and one teaspoon of salt.
All mix in a bowl.

Next, spread on the table and sprinkle a little more flour, kneaded dough with hands until smooth. And put it in a cool place not less than 40 minutes. Components over this time have time "to get married."
