Description

Yogurt muffins with black currants
This recipe can be classified as tasty and healthy. The composition of the ingredients are not fats, but there is spice. And, by the way, the mixer here is absolutely contraindicated. So, you can safely cook in the country, with freshly picked berries! Ideal treats for a warm summer.

Cooking

step-0
To start prepare food. I use unrefined cane sugar "Demerara" TM "Mistral". It lends baked goods an incredible caramel flavor, color and aroma.
step-1
Mix in separate bowl flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt and spices.
step-2
In another bowl, mix sugar, yogurt and eggs! Spoon! Nothing beat not knead, just mix until smooth.
step-3
Add the liquid portion to the dry, stir until smooth. Again, nothing beat and not knead. The dough turns viscous.
step-4
The berries need to be cleaned of twigs, wash, dry cloth and roll them in 1 tbsp flour. Gently stir in the dough.
step-5
Muffin tin greased with vegetable oil and fill with batter. The dough will rise quite well, so fill up at their discretion. If you use paper capsules, then they too should be oiled (to do this is with a brush), because in our test very low in fat and without any additional "help" muffins stick to the paper.
step-6
Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 min. Bake until "dry toothpick"! Our delicious and healthy muffins are ready!
