Buckwheat with prunes and almonds
Very tasty porridge!!! Must try!!!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    200 g

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Cream

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Granulated sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Fall asleep buckwheat in boiling water and cook until tender.

2. In this recipe I used buckwheat company Mistral.

3. The almonds should be ground, but not too finely.

4. Prunes pour hot water and leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water and prunes cut into small pieces.

5. In the finished porridge add sugar and cream and stir.

6. Then add the prunes.

7. Next add the almonds and stir.

8. Porridge served with sour cream.
