Description

Biscuit omelet
A simple and quick omelette, reminiscent of sponge cake... just melts in your mouth :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

Proteins separated from the yolks. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt in a solid foam. Beat on high speed of mixer.

Reduce speed to medium and gradually add the egg yolks (whisk for about half a minute). Speed to include a minimum and gradually add the sifted flour (whisk quickly for about 10 seconds).

Immediately the pan on the gas (my frying pan diameter 20 cm). Do medium heat. On a fork to put a piece of butter and quickly spread it over the bottom and sides of the pan. The pan should be slightly oiled. If necessary, the excess oil to drain. Pour our onlynow weight on the pan, reduce the heat somewhere to "medium-small" :) and fry (cover to cover) for 2-3 minutes, then flip the omelet and cook for another 2 minutes or until Golden brown :) Omelet transfer to a plate and serve with favorite toppings :)

I melted sugar with the addition of orange and lemon juices and slices of bananas. The sugar to melt, pour the juice ( 4 tablespoons sugar juice of half orange and 1/4 lemon), add the sliced banana. "Simmer" for about 3 minutes. Can be served with whipped cream, jam, ice cream, just sprinkle the powder with condensed milk. But you can cut tomatoes, feta add. There could choose to your taste :)
