Carp in the oven
Karas in the oven is a great dish, as the sweet meat of the fish, in my opinion, with nothing to compare, and to make it easier. This dish is perfect for festive and everyday table.

Ingredients

  • Carp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Carp cleaned of scale, gut and be sure to remove the gills and rinse the fish under cold running water. But in order to small bones during cooking become soft and didn't cause trouble while eating, the fish need to do cross-cuts on two sides using a sharp knife.

When water with carp completely drained, coat it with salt, pepper and spices on all sides. Put the fish in a bowl and let stand for 20 minutes. Meanwhile you can prepare the filling.

Wash rice and boil until tender.

One onion cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.

Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil.

In a Cup mix the rice, mushrooms, onions and chopped dill. Mayonnaise.

Stuff fish with the stuffing mixture.

Foil grease with vegetable oil in it to wrap the fish and lay on a baking sheet.

We will now tackle the second fish. We will prepare a little differently. Already prepared, covered with spices the fish we round sliced onions. Exactly the same as the first fish, wrap it in foil and put on baking tray. All, both fish are ready, and they can send in the oven t=180-200 deg. 25-30 min.

After 25-30 minutes take out the fish from the oven, cut the foil and liberally coat the fish with mayonnaise.
