Ingredients

  • Green onions

  • Garlic powder

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Carrots

  • Potatoes

Cooking

To make the chips. Potatoes and carrots clean and RUB on a grater-mandolin.

Sprinkle with oil, sprinkle with salt and dried garlic, mix thoroughly. Cook in a preheated 120°C oven for 40-60 minutes. Part of the chips crushed into crumbs.

Salad carefully remove and place on a plate, decorated with grated egg yolk and crushed chips. Next lay out the whole chips, to make patterns of the balsamic cream. On top of the salad, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
