I want to invite you to try this unusual salad! Sometimes we get bored to eat the watermelon and then I do the miracle! The salad has an unusual sweet-and-salty flavor and cooked very quickly! If someone like salty, pickled watermelon... welcome aboard!

Cooking
Basil rinse and finely chop.
From watermelon to cut off the peel, remove all seeds. Watermelon flesh cut into small cubes.
Cheese cut into the same cubes.
Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar, mix well.
In a bowl, mix watermelon, cheese and herbs, season with sauce and mix gently. Let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
