With great difficulty my sister from Yaroslavl found me and sent birthday. This bread I baked in my favorite Chinese baking dish. The bread turns out air, with a thick crispy crust. To prepare this bread you will need whole wheat flour, for instance.
I knead the bread using the bread machine, but You can knead in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour the sifted flour, add the yeast, sugar, softened butter, salt, egg whites (if You knead the dough in the usual way, give the first yeast to swell in warm water and then add the remaining ingredients).
Pour warm water, put the bucket in the bread machine and turn on the mode of kneading.
In the middle of the dough in a bucket, pour black sesame (I have the program making the dough takes about 20 minutes, so I add sesame after 10 minutes after the start of kneading).
When the dough are mixed,
Put it in a bowl, cover with film
And put in a warm place to increase in volume two to three times.

And allowed to rest for 15 minutes.
Baking this bread you can use regular baking of bread or cake, I use the Chinese form for baking (it is "lit up" earlier in one of my recipe). Form made of non-stick material, which is also a decent thickness that allows the baked goods to turn out with a beautiful crispy crust.
