Swedish recipe of French bread (Formfranska) Air bread for all occasions! Very tasty and very simple to cook. Just a dream!!

Cooking
Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add honey, sugar, salt and olive oil. Mix well. Gradually add the flour and knead soft, elastic dough.
Cover with a towel, put in warm place to rise, about 40 minutes. The dough should rise two times.
Form of grease with butter, sprinkle with optional sesame seeds or poppy seeds. If the form you have is small, then divide the dough into two parts. If is large, then make only one loaf. A little pomnite the dough on the table and form one or two loaves, and put them in greased with butter form.
Cover with plastic and towel, let rise 30 minutes, should be increased two times. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Bread grease with just water (if desired sprinkle with coarse salt) and make a small incision with a knife along the entire length of bread.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes and remove the bread from the mold. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
